I am a freelance equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) consultant. I have 10+ years of research focus on EDI issues pertaining to gender, race, (dis)ability, and other social identities. I bring expert knowledge of EDI issues combined with outstanding analytical skills, combined with a warm and friendly approach.

I have helped create EDI training programs for medical workers, tech workers, and university educators.

Rates

My standard rate is $200 CAD per hour.

I am happy to negotiate a more accessible rate depending on your organization’s goals, needs, and operations.
